Note this is the behavior on a Find but not on a Search which uses the multi-purpose navigation:
I expected but did not find a keyboard shortcut that was equivalent to the arrows in for this navigation. I would see that as very useful to those who use the keyboard commands - I'm more of a mouse person. However, the portion of this request that suggests it go beyond resource boundaries and open the next resource with search results ... that I have to really think about; I'm not sure that wouldn't create more problems than it solves.
