2. Next I use Documents ==> Visual Filter to create a visual filter. For illustration purposes I created 3 criteria with separate highlighting but they can be merged into a single selection criteria. I used:
- <LogosMorphGr ~ B?>, <LogosMorphGr ~ C?>, <LogosMorphGr ~ D???>, <LogosMorphGr ~ I>, <LogosMorphGr ~ J????>, <LogosMorphGr ~ N????>, <LogosMorphGr ~ P>, <LogosMorphGr ~ R??????>, <LogosMorphGr ~ T?>, <LogosMorphGr ~ V???????>, <LogosMorphGr ~ X?>

They basically apply the three morphologies (Hebrew, Aramaic, Greek) for all word types as the selection criteria.

And it works on my simplified test
What happens if you just run the Hebrew morph search against Gen 2:4b-25 (which seems to be the passage which is not picking up)? I.e. remove the PL and VF for the time being?

It works fine in isolation. It appears to be related to the variety of overlaps in the Passage List getting it confused. I'm heading to bed but it looks like there are some errors in the Passage List merge or build from clipboard errors as well.
