As you can see from the screenshot, I've completed Unit 5 of this course, and every section has a filled in check mark. However, the heading for that Unit says I'm only 81% done.

I'm unable to reproduce this issue with NT307. If you're still experiencing this behavior, you can send me your readingprogressmanager.db file located in Data/(user)/ReadingProgressManager.
As an aside (for any unaware readers of this thread), right clicking on the ToC entry and selecting "Mark section complete" can be used to manually track progress when the automatic tracking goes awry, as it seems to have done in this case.
