In I Kings the "Historical Record of Israel's Kings" is mentioned a number of times.  I would like to know the best way to search on this.  I'm wondering if we actually have a copy of this to read today.

Thanks,

    see https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Non-canonical_books_referenced_in_the_Bible

I'd do an Everything search with the title in quotes and see what shakes out. If that wasn't productive I'd try something like noncanonical reference

Orthodox Bishop Alfeyev: "To be a theologian means to have experience of a personal encounter with God through prayer and worship."; Orthodox proverb: "We know where the Church is, we do not know where it is not."

  • One proximity search idea is:

    history NEAR Kings NEAR Israel

From Jewish Encyclopedia article about Chronicles, thought about two more searches:

"The Book of the Kings of Judah and Israel","The Book of the Kings of Israel"

    Chronicles NEAR Sources
