Help! Logos 4 software disc not recognized by my Windows XP system

When I try to install the L4 installation software, I get an error message "insert a disc into Drive D." I have a Dell desktop with a CD-R drive. Do I need a DVD drive to install the software? If so, this seems odd. My system has all the other necessary requirements to load this (windows SP 3, Pentium 4 chip, plenty of RAM, proper DirectX, etc). I've been on hold for 20 minutes with the Logos help desk, and am getting impatient with waiting.

Yes, I believe the media is a DVD, not a CD.

You can download it right from logos.com though.

Yep all the v4 libraries come on DVD:

It would require 10 CDs to hold the resources in the Scholar's Library. Only the Home Library would fit on a singe CDROM.

Make sure your old Dell meets all the other minimum specs too, as plenty of horsepower for Logos 3 does not mean you can launch Logos 4 if your system is not up to it.... 1GB Ram, 10GB free hard drive space, 256MB video RAM were what I heard (DVD drive is optional given you can download instead..... )....
