I have seen such tools for tree diagrams that are reasonably accurate but still need manual adjustment. I've seen nothing for Reed-Kellogg diagrams. I can make a case for such a tool as part of a reworked interlinear presentation but suspect that in the current environment, the amount of work required would mean we need lots of votes for this to have any realistic chance of implementation.
