Textual Search Greyed Out

Hello, I am new to the logos software world. I just bought logos 4 for mac bible study. I am trying to do a word study utilizing textual searches but its greyed out. I have searched the forums but I haven't found an answer applicable to my problem. Can someone please assist me with this....I have a paper due soon. I appreciate you taking time to help...thanks

Let me see if I understand your question: Are you trying to do, say, a basic search to find where a word occurs in all your resources?  Depending on the info you need using the Bible Word Study tool would be more effective--if it were complete.  Here is my work around for finding out information on Greek and Hebrew words.

  1) Go to the Library (command L)

2) Open the Lexicon's you want to use

3) Link the lexicon's together with a key link (click on book cover in its panel and select Set A-F.  Link all lexicons to the same set)

4) type in the word you want to search

5) All the lexicon's will move to their entry for that word (if extant)
