Option is creating a document with chapter of Bible and notes; each of them can be printed/exported individually. Copying note to clipboard could be followed by inserting footnote into document with chapter of Bible.

I think this TIP is worth knowing if anyone spends much time on Logos Forums: For Chrome: How to create a shortcut for doing a site search.
1. Settings (top right..stack of pancakes) | Search | Manage Search Engines | [scroll to bottom] Add A New Search Engine
2. It looks like this:
3 Fill it in like this:
It should look something like the image below. Notice that I included another shortcut for Logos at the top. Logos Forums Search is second:
4. Done
Warning: be careful not to fiddle around and accidentally change your default search engine.
Now watch a miracle happen...
Go to the address field and type "lf" or whatever keyword you choose. Add a space, of course, and then keep right on typing what you want to search for. Try it. Pretty impressive, 'eh!
