Anyone encountering problems with highlighting in Scripture being there, then not there, then back later? I have done quite a bit of Scripture highlighting and now find that feature faltering, if not dying completely. Any suggestions?
which version are you using, v3 or 4?

I have been using it since it came out, and just in the last couple days it has become unstable.
What do you mean by coming and going? While your in a book....you mark something in Romans then move in study to mark briefly and come back to that romans passage it is unmarked?
are you sure your visual filter is not turned off and on?
I have not seen any kind of problem like that.

Do you have 4.0a (SR-3) or still the original shipped version of 4.0? Or by any chance do you have the 4.0b Beta?
The Highlighting Visual Filter, as William pointed out, will turn on/off your highlighting, but it's hard to imagine that you've turned that on/off without being aware you were doing it.
