"Close all" command goes to home page

I frequently use the "close all" command. I have it in my shortcuts. The "problem" is that when I use it, I then go directly to my home page. I just want to close every panel and stay there. Is there a place where I can choose what Logos does when I close all ? I've seen someone for whom it does exactly that, but he did not know how to change it.
Thanks,

Welcome to the forums. Yes, close all goes to the home page because there is no content on the work page. From the home page you may:
- use the command box to enter the resource you wish to open
- use to Go box to enter a reference, topic or liturgical day to open a default layout
- use some of the items on the left sidebar that have resources or layouts associated with them
- use to Home icon to toggle to the empty work page
What is it that you wish to do after closing the work page? If it can been done from the Command Box, does it matter what page it is done in?

Thank you,
I think the main reason I don't want to go to the home page is that I have the feeling my computer then needs to process all that is on that page. But I guess it really ain't that bad. It's also that I don't need to go there.
It's probably just a preference. When I "close all", in my mind I don't open something else (home page).

The "close all" command goes to your home page if you have specified the home page as the setting for "At Startup Open to" in your Program Settings. If you change that to blank layout, then "close all" will not return to the home page.
