Inconsistency bug? Morris/system/documentation

In looking at the tab menu, I noticed that Proctor, Morris. Logos 6: Training Manual. Vol. 1. Murfreesboro, TN: MP Seminars, 2015. has the following shortcuts:
which does not correspond to the menu itself:
Notice the menu doesn't even show a shortcut for the close all tabs options.
The Help document: Logos 6 Help. Bellingham, WA: Faithlife, 2015. shows both options:
BUG: shouldn't the menu at least show the close all panels options? And if there is a preferred command (vs. historical) shouldn't it be marked as such?

"Close all tabs" closes all the tabs in the current tile. It has no keyboard shortcut.
"Close all panels" closes all panels in all tiles. It is a different command.
