Mine is located in C:\Users\Name\AppData\Local\Logos5
I can honestly plead ignorance, since I haven't really used a windows computer in 15 years. If I were sitting down at your desktop, and if I couldn't figure it out within a couple of minutes, I would be tempted to simply download the newest copy of the engine and reinstall it. On Mac there are no negative consequences for doing so... I don't know if it is the same on Windows.

Have you tried making a new shortcut ...it would likely have the icon ... then delete the old shortcut.

Program Search idea is Logos
Windows registry key Computer\HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Logos4 includes InstallDirectory string that has location of Logos.exe
Right click on Logos.exe has Send to => Desktop (create shortcut)
