Logos keeps crashing - logs attached

I am working in Africa with a very poor Internet connection. A colleague askd for hlep with his computer. I had previously installed Logos but it had "disappeared" from his computer. There was no sign of Logos (on either desktop or start menu) and there were only three folders in his Logos5 folder in the appdata folder So I downloaded and reinstalled Logos 6, but I continually got the "Logos a cessé de fonctionner" error. After many hours of updating Logos, doing Windows updates, I finally got it to run but only if I run it as Administrator and pressing the Ctrl key then working offline. Any attempt at Internet access fails.

Any help would be much appreciated.

A Faithlife tech should be able to provide a fix, but the the error "The remote name could not be resolved" does indicate a poor network connection. Is there a difference between your connection and your colleague's as you aren't reporting a similar problem?
