Logos Crashs on my desktop

Hello My name is Jae lim lee and i'm using Logos6 from Korea

I bought Gold version and several books and downloaded it to my laptop and my phone.

I usually work with logos program on my laptop but I have a desktop at my room and tried to download

it but the program is crashing and keeps sending out errors

the error sends me to down load window 7 service packes and to upgrade explorer11 i tried all but it's still not working i'm sending the logfile please help me out~

You appear to have Win 7 SP1 but there may be some updates you need given the error message "ApplicationUtility FileFormatException in MS.Internal.TextFormatting.TextMetrics+FullTextLine.FormatLine (this usually means updates need to be installed)."  I'll let Faithlife advise you further about this (a Faithlife Tech should respond to this thread).
