I can not open the library tab, every time I intent it the software crash. I'm using windows 10.

welcome to the user forums! Sorry to hear of your issues.
There should be a folder called Logos Logs in your Documents folder, could you zip it and upload here. The logfiles will help us fellow users and the Logos employees reading along to find out the issues.
Best would be to restart Logos with Ctrl pressed down, then when it has started, to open the library and let it crash - this way we get a very exhaustive logfile about what went on in the application.

There are problems with the E: drive on which Logos runs. Is it removable? Why install Logos there when there is plenty of space on the C: drive?
I recommend reinstalling Logos on the C: drive. If you want to continue with the E: drive then:-
