Software up to date?

Hello all,

For starters, I bought the Platinum package several months ago and love it. Several days ago I received an email from someone at Fatihlife (email address) asking:

"The team and I here at Logos Bible Software want to thank you for using our software. I also wanted to see if you are interested in learning about getting your Logos Bible Software up to date. Would you like to speak with your product specialist to learn more?"

I have no idea what they are talking about and figured I would see if anyone has received this message. I really hope that they aren not after more money because I had to sell one of my kids to buy the Platinum package...kidding..

The emails you get are sometimes target properly... sometimes not. My guess is that you ended up getting an email that you shouldn't have. You can trim back the emails you get... but you might also miss out if you do (i.e. free $20 birthday gift, etc.).

I got the same message. Twice. Not sure what they are talking about either. It depends on how curious I get whether I respond to find out.

I got the same e-mail from Jen. She sent another e-mail "following up" today, since I ignored the first one. I e-mailed back this morning asking what she means, since I have Collector's. I guess it may be a sales pitch for Now. I have not heard back.

Something like this, I would just ignore, however, as Alabama24 has stated, it probably wouldn't be good to remove yourself from the mailing lists, as you may miss out on some very good things. Just ignore it. [:)]
