I signed up for the Logos Bible Word Study live webinar that was supposed to start at 1PM ET today. I went to the link provided in the email and it wound't work. I waited because I was a couple of minutes early. At 1 PM on the dot - nothing. OK they're late. I waited a couple of minutes. Nothing. I reloaded, refreshed and closed browser and reopened. Cleaned cache and reopened. Finally 15 minutes later it worked. However, they clearly had started already.
Anyone else have this problem today? Does the staff monitor how it's working on the user end to see if it's not working so they can wait till it is? If it was just me then fine. Not sure why it would be just me.
I tried to clear out time and get back to my office after lunch so I could take part and when you go to efforts to be somewhere and it doesn't work it's a bit disappointing.
I know. It's free and you get what you pay for and things go wrong. I think what made it worse was that I called the general line and it rang and rang forever. Then the person answering was a bit rude. Transferred me and I was in a virtual line for support while I'm missing the webinar.
