Logos 6 won't index or load my content after reinstalling

I reinstalled Logos 6 onto my Mac. Everything seems to have downloaded correctly and I'm able to open Logos but the only problem is that non of my context is showing up. I search for a passage and I get "no results". There are no commentaries. I have to buy the ones that I know I own. I have the Gold Package. I thought it was supposed to automatically upload and index my files. Any thoughts?

First, can you verify that you used the same username (email) and password as the account in which you made the purchase of your "Gold Package"? Secondly, have you allowed the computer time to download and index your resources? (Until the computer has finished indexing, you will get limited results). 

Do you have any other installations (or a backup from a previous one)? If so, there is a method to move the resource files over to a new installation, saving time on downloads. EDIT: One more thought: Have you restarted your computer?
