Crash help! Logos stuck on "Preparing Library"

After cancelling my verbum trial, my library is continuously stuck on "preparing library" and is not updating, despite the extra resources that I have bought since then. I really need to use the extra resources as well this week.

I've re-indexed my library and yet it's still stuck on "preparing library"

Any help?
