I am trying to copy and paste the contents of the window of a word search. Is there any way to get the contents of a window out of logos in an efficient manner?

Right now there isn't any official way...that feature is coming soon, but it's not here.
You CAN work around this by using screen shots or screen shot software.
That's what I do.
In the current beta; you can export the results of a search to excel.
