Create custom reading plan with multiple readings per day from a text file of references.

I have a text file with a list of bible references that I want to make into a reading plan. I understand the steps of first creating a passage list and then using that list to create the plan. However I need to include multiple references on each day's reading and cannot find how to do that.

When I import the text file into the passage list each reference is on a separate line and a reading plan created from the list puts each passage on a different day.

Is there a way to format the text file so that multiple references for a day can be grouped together in the passage list and in a reading plan created from it.

How about create a Personal Book as Lectionary and use this?

create several Reading Plans and place into a personal Layout?

You might be able to split up the passage list into multiple passage lists. The first list would contain the first reading for each day. The second would contain the second reading for each day, etc. Then add each of these into a common custom reading plan with the same starting date for each.
