TIP of the day: Toolbar terminology

I sometimes get confused about the terminology for the Toolbar, partially because some of the logical groups do not have a group name in the Logos documentation.

The entire bar shown above is called Toolbar by Logos. It contains the following groups:

1. Home, Library, Search (no group name)
2. Documents, Guides, Tools (no group name)
3. Command Box and Shortcut Bar (no group name not linked in later documentation)
4. Notification Center the detailed notification is described within the Toolbar documentation but is described as appearing "in the main application toolbar".
5. Synchonization
6. Layouts and Help (no group name not linked in later documentation)

Proctor, Morris. Logos 6: Training Manual. Vol. 1. Murfreesboro, TN: MP Seminars, 2015. has the following differences:

• Here Toolbar appears to be limited to Home, Library, Search
• Menus covers Documents, Guides, Tools
• Other sections have no grouping: Command Box, Shortcut Bar, Synchronization, Layouts, Help
• Notification Center is omitted on Toolbar but described in its detailed form on Home Page Ribbon. This is different terminology than Logos "main application toolbar".

Does this leave you a bit confused? Hoping that terminology will be standardized?

I'm surprised Mo didn't use some alliteration like I-toolbar, I-menus, I-Home page ribbons.[:D] Love Mo's stuff. Does seem odd that they have different terminology.
