Issue: DIY Bible Study Excerpts - Philippians

Excerpts of the DIY Bible Study (Textbook and Video Collection), such as the recently featured DIY Philippians, need to be marked as owned for those who own the larger DIY course, otherwise people will buy something they already own.

This issue of course affects dynamic pricing of bundles where the smaller excerpts are included, such as https://www.logos.com/product/80494/lexham-press-philippians-bundle

EDIT: it would help if the product page of the excerpt also shows that it is part of the larger DIY course bundle.

Another day and this is still not fixed and no response from this company. When the blog post about it was first posted, I submitted a question about it. My question still does not appear on the post so either nobody has even looked at it or they looked at it and rejected it and nobody from the company gave me an answer. And the post of these forums are not getting an answer. In the past this company would have been all over this issue and had it corrected in no time. As a customer you used to be able to take Bob Pritchett at this word that you would not pay twice for the same resource twice. Here we have a clear example where there has been ample time, even for the very least, an acknowledgement of the issue but there has been nothing from Faithlife on this topic. I guess the days are over when we can expect to not pay for something twice given the lack of response. It seems marketing slogans are more important to the company than good old fashioned customer service.
