Changing style or font in visual copy?

Is it possible to change font on visual copy? I'm doing a teaching that covers this topic as to why certain words are italicized in scripture, when I post the verse on visual copy the italicized word changes? Thanks!

    I worked around the issue, copied the scripture and put it on my PowerPoint , not as pretty but at least I can keep the word italicized
