Text to Voice

Does anyone know of a way to get logos resources to be read to you on your android phone?  I know Windows has a Text to voice capability, but not sure about android.

    Hi

    I use a app called  Easy text to speech pro 

    All I do is copy some text then the speech app reads it out load
