Tweaking the Passage Guide: Auto-Scroll and Auto-Highlight

Here are 2 questions that would help speed up my Bible studies and sermon prep...

In my passage guide, I have several collections.  When I click on a link, the book opens in a pane on the right side of my screen.  However, there are two things that really slow me down:

1) The reference is displayed at the top of the new window, so I am never able to immediate read what the resource says.  I need to scroll down in order to read what the book says about my reference.  Is there a way for the reference to automatically be displayed at the middle or bottom?

2) The reference is usually difficult to find.  Is there a way to automatically highlight my reference, so I don't need to scan the text in order to find it?  (Not a permanent highlighting, but a temporary highlighting that reflects the reference in my passage guide.)

I do not have the problem with not being able to see the reference at the top of the pane.

The red circle devise seems to locate at the reference. It goes away quickly but does go right to the reference.
