My laptop mostly works well with L3, but is inadequate for running L4. I am contemplating purchasing a Dell Studio XPS 16 in May. My question is whether there are forum participants/readers who use a Studio XPS 16. Please advise: The heating and battery life issues concern me. I am not a game player. My main use will be L4, MS Office, email, and Web browsing.
In your experience with the XPS 16, have heating issues and battery life issues been problematic for you?
Anticipated specs: i7-720, 8GB RAM, ATI Radeon HD 4670 - 1GB, BD DVD, 85 WHr 9 cell Lithium-ion battery
