I've been experiencing lengthy lag time (30-60 seconds per markup) using a few of the annotation markup tools today (shadow, yellow glow). I've had it happen on both my mac mini and macbook pro, running el cap. Both computers are fairly new. I've attached both an archive log and a sample since I wasn't sure which would create a better report.
