Launching Logos, briefly see the word Initialising then receive "Could not copy files to SD card"

HP Slate 7 2800

Divice updated several apps including Logos May 18

Android 4.1.1

Logos 5.2.1

Problem is both online and off line - Device uses only wi-fi connections

Didn't use the Slate after the updates on May 18 until today May 20.  Noticed Logos icon was missing, dropped a new copy from the apps section to the desktop page (the page where you drop and organise your most used apps).  Launched Logos - started with a blue screen with the Logos cross emblem and the word Logos.  Then can briefly see the picture of a girl and the word initialising then a white screen that says "Could not copy files to SD card".  There is a blue banner at the top of the screen that says "Error."

The go back button closes Logos

    Yes

A couple of days after my problem started there was an update to the Logos app.  After the updated was completed I had to power off my Slate twice for the install.  The second time everything was back to normal and corrected a problem. It also corrected a problem I had with two of the books.[:)]

Try to update the app, if you already have the update, try reinstalling it over the old app.  If you cannot you will have to uninstall and then reinstall.

Praying that will work for you
