Base Package with Pulpit Commentary - inconsistency

I'm trying to work out this deal: https://www.logos.com/pulpitfree - it appears as free if I go to the checkout with the Anglican Starter Bundle, but not with the Methodist & Wesleyan Starter Bundle - the offer states that it should work if I spend over $250 on a bundle that's not in prepub, and both of them are less than that for me with dynamic pricing.

I can't work out if dynamic pricing isn't taken into account but the Methodist bundle was accidentally excluded because it's only recently been released, or if the issue is with the Anglican bundle not taking into account that I'm spending less than $250 - any ideas?

I'm not looking to buy right now, just trying to work out my options.

My Dynamic Pricing for the Methodist Starter is less than $250. Should I be seeing the Pulpit Commentary promotion at checkout? It works with other base packages that are less than $250 with Dynamic Pricing.

The Anglican starter upgrade for me is around $110 and at the checkout the pulpit commentary set shows as free. The Methodist Starter upgrade is roughly $40 dollars and the Pulpit set shows as full price.

It would make sense to me if I qualified for neither, and while it would be a crazy bargain I can understand why it might say I could have both, but I don't get why it's on for one and not the other.

The Pulpit commentary set doesn't appear automatically at the checkout - you need to add it alongaide the bundle and make sure it shows as free at the checkout - there might be an issue with that, though, depending on why I'm not seeing it.

FL is also reading this thread, and I already (a couple days ago) posted in one in German asking a FL employee who had said that he would do so for whoever asked to unlock it for me. So I am hopeful that I won't have to contact FL via a third means.

You should contact Logos. I had the same issue. Your total price has to be a certain amount to qualify for the promotion. I think it is $150.

I just had a very painless phone call with Dan in customer service. He verified that my purchase met the promotion requirements and then added the Pulpit commentary to my account. The phone call took about 5 minutes. Thanks for the positive experience Faithlife.

I was in the same situation as SineNomine (purchased a base package worth more than $250 but was unaware of the Pulpit commentary promotion at the time). I just had a very painless phone call with Dan in customer service. He verified that my purchase met the promotion requirements and then added the Pulpit commentary to my account. The phone call took about 5 minutes.

I called CS and spoke with someone else who was unaware of the special (apparently it's not on CS's present list of specials) but he was able to find it on the website. Now I'm waiting for him to unlock the commentary for me. My phone call was also just a few minutes.

Update: Rather than simply unlocking the commentary for me, he seems to have returned and repurchased the base package, adding the commentary to the new purchase.
