Resources are ready to be added to your library message never goes away

I have an issue that came up in the last couple of weeks in Logos 6 on my computer.  It gives the message that Resources are ready to be added to your library, but they never seem to get added despite multiple restarts of the application.  I have attached log files in the hope that someone can give me some help in resolving this.

In your Logos.log file there are messages indicating a failure to update because resources are in use:

I don't recall seeing this message before but it is probably explaining what you are seeing. Hopefully someone with more knowledge than me will be able to comment further.

What happens, however, if you open Logos to a blank layout and allow the indexing to run through. If you then close it and start it again does it start adding resources to your library again?
