Black Window opens in full screen

When I open my commentaries in full screen mode, a black screen (appears to be a separate

window) pops up and covers the whole screen. I can not change to any other windows because

the black window stays open over everything. Logos freezes for 15 to 30 seconds, then the black

window disappears. It then reappears when I change pages and freezes up the program again.

Does anyone have any ideas?

Shall I assume you are a windows user? What OS version? What Logos version? Are you up to date with both? Video drivers?

I am using Windows 10, with everything up to date.

I had this issue on my last pc as well, I just never asked. It's a major inconvenience, so I thought I'd see if it was a known problem.

I suspect you need to update your video driver, but what is the model of PC (and what was your last PC)?
