What happened to 5
I can't seem to access anything with LOGOS 5? I have the Gold Package... I'm not getting a good feeling about this?

Please provide more details - does the program not start, can you see resources, etc?
But Logos 5 is no longer supported. The core Logos 6 engine is freely available at https://www.logos.com/install and I would recommend you upgrade to it if possible.

I can get into the website, log in, etc… but to do any of the functions I’m seeing all kinds of weird pages I’ve never seen before.So I’m assuming Logos 6 is a financial upgrade as well?This entire program has been a challenge since day 1. I’m convinced I was oversold on it
. I could never recommend this to someone to use. I thought I did tons of research on this three years ago and this just adds to my frustration with the product 0 -

No, the upgrade is free. I know there is a lot to learn to use all the features but have you watched the free introductory videos? If you know how to upload screen shots, we're pretty good at getting people up and running.
You are running on a desktop or lap top computer, I assume from where you posted. Are you on a PC or a Mac? I ask because you mentioned website which is a different but related application.

Can you give some examples?
If you are able to take screenshots and include them in a reply (using the paperclip icon) that would be helpful

There are chargeable options but the core engine upgrade is free and available at the link I posted above

There is a God...Thanks for the TIP to download 6, it was very unclear on the website. I've had 'videos' sent to me more then once...but it still seems to difficult to find a simple meaning of a word or verse. It's a 'sin' for me to be hardly using this tool that apparently many of you think is so wonderful.

Gold package includes UBS Handbooks that have key concepts to translate plus cross cultural comments and textual criticism. Personally have prioritized UBS Handbooks as one of my top five Bibles so can use right click to open UBS Handbook for a verse.
Thankful for many friendly forum discussions; have learned a lot plus have a lot to learn.
