Using Logos 6 on my Macbook, I have a few issues with mousepads not being adequately catered for.
The most grating issues are:
- navigating around on a zoomed in image/timeline - the default gesture in every other app I own is to use two fingers to scroll. Logos wants me to grab and drag the image, which after months of practice is still quite fiddly and counterintuitive on a mousepad with no buttons.
- Zooming in and out - the default pinch/spread gestures are ignored, so I have to use the scroll up/down gestures instead. This catches me out on a daily basis. Just feels wrong.
- scrolling through pages. If I have any book sent to column view rather than scrolling view, swiping with two fingers will often scroll through a dozen pages at a time - and the back button doesn't work to take me back to where I was before swiping. It's a faff, and causes me more frustration than any other aspect of Logos. Totally breaks my concentration and often takes me back to square one.
Does anyone else have any of these issues or is it just me? Logos is the only app that cause me any difficulty on this front.
