De nieuwe Bijbelvertaling was bought today but it is not being added to my Library on laptop.
Nor is it being added to my Sony phone Logos app.
What can I do to get this working right?

Does it show "Gray" (purchased) when you visit the product page? Have you received an email? Can you verify that you only have one account (email)?
If you haven't received a download notification then try the command update resources (in the Command box).
If you have received a download but not the resource then we need some logs.

It turns out that I have 2 different emails. I hope that they can merge them and allow me to have the other things I've bought.
