Unable to Navigate to Requested Resource
I downloaded all of the NAC and Baker Exegetical commentaries onto my Samsung Galaxy S III and went to Acts 2:38 and pulled up a Passage Guide. So when I clicked on the link for the different commentaries, it says, "Unable to Navigate to Requested Resource." I restarted the phone and that did not work. I am not sure what to do to pull those resources up. Help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

Hi Stephen,
I have the same problem. I remember that somobody posted a solution, but I couldn´t find the post. Could you solve it somehow? If so, I will appreciate your help.

Jesus,
No one ever offered a solution to the problem and I got so caught up with other things that I forgot until you mentioned it. So no I never got any help. But mine works now. I would suggest uninstalling and reinstalling the app and see if that helps. Sorry I couldn't help more, but nobody offered any that I can recall.0 -
Hi Stephen,
Thanks for your message. I also uninstalled and reinstalled the app downloadind about 200 resources and it didn´t solve the issue, that´s why I asked you. Anyway, thanks for replaying.

Hi Jesús,
Is your device online when using the Passage Guide?

Hi Jesús,
Is your device online when using the Passage Guide?
Hi Kevin,
Thanks for replaying. It does not matter if I am online of offline, I always get this error, even from the main page when selecting the resource from a reading list. However, from the library it always goes to the right place. It happens only (so far) with the resource "Alza tus ojos". I deleted it and redownloaded several times and it is still the same.

Okay, this is the information we need. Other than this resource, does the Passage Guide work properly?

So far, all other resources open properly.

Hi again Kevin,
Is the option "Rebuilt index" also available on Android? Some people having issues with resources in iOS solved their problems buy running this command. I did it in my Android and nothing happened, so I´m not sure if this option is valid in Android.
Thanks in advance,

Rebuild index is not available on Android, but even if it were it wouldn't help in this case. Rebuild Index is used when resources can't be found in the library and it won't fix anything related to the Passage Guide.
