Extra line space caused by extra space behind footnote indicator (?)
In Micah 2:3 (ESV) there is an entire extra line space when the column width is such that the footnote indicator gets close to the right margin. I checked on other footnote indicators and didn't get this behavior. It seems to me that there is an extra (invisible) space or tab behind the footnote.
Is this unique to my setup, or can others verify this?

I had to float the panel to play around with the column width, but yes, I can confirm.
