Is there a way to access my personal books on my iphone?
sorry, no. Personal books are only available on desktop.
To expand a bit on Alabama's correct answer: You can't access the personal books in the various Faithlife mobile apps on your iphone (same goes for the Android apps btw). And I think that Faithlife changed earlier plans that would have led those answering this question to conclude the sentence with "yet". So, until Faithlife changes plans again, the compiled PBs work only in the Logos desktop software.
You can, however, access the source files if you transfer them to your iphone (provided there's a reader for docx available, what I strongly assume). An easy way would be to print them to a "Send to Kindle"-virtual printer and access them through a kindle reading app on your device.
I have a side question- how can I delete some personal books that I have imported on my Desktop application?

Delete them from the personal book builder tool, then hide the book (in preferences).
