failing to complete indexing logos 6

Having installed my Logos 6 Platinum onto my laptop I have been trying to have it indexed, but this seems to be a hard task to accomplish. My machine is a 500Gb(of which 243Gb is free), 4Gb and runs on i3 intel core. I consulted logos customer support who advised that

update the software from 6.9 to 6.11which I did
in logos data file I should delete the bibleindex, libraryindex and personalbookindex folders

I promptly did as instructed. Prior to this I could only go as much as 11%, after deleting the above folders the most I reach is 30% and indexing stalls. I need your help to complete what is turning out into being a herculean task.

Please report your issue in the Logos 6 forum with a new set of logs. The logs supplied suggest the steps of deleting the index folders was correct, but they are old and we need to see logs from the Indexer (LogosIndexer.log). Starting Logos with CTRL key held will do this, and upload the zipped log files folder after indexing stalls.

I made a zip file of the logos log file and wanted to attached it to this mail, I couldn't because the following notification was showing up:

Your bible indexing completed successfully on 6 June so you don't need to delete the bible index again, but the log doesn't show if library indexing completed (it only shows 23 minutes and no errors).

My Logos library was installed from a flush disc sent to me from LOGOS. I consulted LOGOS technical service who were able to do a remote diagnosis and established that the Logos software was actually conflicting with System 32 issues in the Windows operating system. Microsoft technical service were also able to perform a remote diagnosis and advised that I reinstall the Logos library. I uninstalled the Logos library and tried to reinstall it, this proved very difficult (Direct X failed to update, was aborting the set up). I ended up reverting the computer to factory default settings.

After having gone through these difficulties, I decided not to install Logos from the flush disc but to download it directly from logos.com, this has proved to be particularly helpful because not only have I got back the library but I have also completed indexing it all successfully.

Now I am not a software expert or I could have resolved the issues in no time. My humble appeal to LOGOS is to pack all the necessary software required to install the library onto the flush disc so as to enable those of us with no access to fast internet to do a complete installation without having to go through all these hustles I have had to endure.
