Sorry to hear you are having problems - but Logos 4 has not been supported for a long time.
I recommend you upgrade to Logos 6 and see if that addresses the problem - the free core engine is available at https://www.logos.com/install
The basic framework is the same although there are more features and capabilities available in Logos 6
