Can I move my highlights to a notes file all at one time?

So after watching day 3 of the 30 day Bible Study Challenge I discovered I could put my highlights in a notes file. My question is can I do that with my current highlights without moving each one individually? For example, can I moving all my Colossians highlights to my Colossians note file at one time? Thanks for your help.

For clarification: ALL highlights are in a note document (file). The default behavior is for the highlight note to go into a note document named for the highlighter pallet (i.e. "Emphasis Markup"). Many of us consider this behavior undesirable and have changed the behavior to something else (i.e. "resource specific," meaning highlights go into a note document named for the resource/book).

My question is can I do that with my current highlights without moving each one individually?

Notes that are already in a note document must be moved one at a time.

Assuming the notes document in question has only highlights in it, and that the intent is to move all highlights in that document, couldn't the notes document just be renamed and then the highlighting config changed (last used, resource-specific, whatever)?

Yes, but that doesn't sound like that is what the OP would need. He needs to merge multiple note documents, from my understanding.
