Please tell me one more time instructions on how to capture a screen shot to send to Logos.
Depending on your keyboard, you have to press FN + PrintScreen. Then open up Paint>Edit>Paste>Save As
Or download a program. I use Jing. It is free and will allow to copy and paste window captures as well as upto 5 min videos....
If you have Vista or Windows you can use the Snipping Tool
If you have OneNote you can use Windows Key + S
