Fillable Documents

I notice that some Bible study resources which are produced by Logos have boxes that are actually fillable by the user, and that the information entered is retained by the resources. 

This is a neat feature.

Does anyone here know if it is possible, and if so, how, to create a PPB that includes such user-entry spaces?
