capturing a logos 4 file to report

So my screen freezes but I need to shut down Logos 4 and reopen it with the control key down until the Logos insignia appears? If the screen freezes I will not be able to shut it down unless I shut it down through task manager (which is what I have been doing). If I shut it down through task manager I loose what info that is causing the freezing

Right, you need to have logging enabled before a freeze or problem happens, in order to capture useful information. (Though in the last couple of betas if it fully crashes it does generate a crash log automatically). While running betas I leave logging enabled permanently...
