I have been with logos a long time and used to get books on CD and floppy from the publisher like IV

For example, I have a CD with the various IVP dictionaries of the New Testament, Old Testament, Paul and his letters and the Gospels.  I bought this from IVP back before logos joined with Libronix.  

I notice that Logos has the IVP dictionary series (8 volumes) https://www.logos.com/product/37742/the-ivp-bible-dictionary-series which are the same dictionaries I bought and got on CD from IVP.  

So my question is this:  If there are updates, which there seem to be, to these dictionaries, do I have to buy them new from Logos, or is there a way to upgrade my old copies I bought on CD from IVP?

I also have the Word commentary, bought on Cd from the publisher way back.  I still have a binder full of the Cds and floppies I received in the mail when I bought logos books.  Anyway to get credit and upgrade the ones I bought from the publisher?

You should have access to all the books that you have on the CD's/floppies if you have kept your licenses synched. If not, ask and we'll walk you through that portion. Once all your licenses are synched and available in your current installation, the system will automatically update them all to the current version of that resource. Then the web will gray out the purchase button for resources you own and leave it active for those you do not own. So when a new edition that was treated as a new resource, e.g. new edition, you will see it as purchasable. When a new edition was simply an update of a resource e.g. upgrading tagging, you will see it as owned.
