How can I have the Commentary Settings be set as a default to 99?
I believe you can do this by setting up a custom PG. See discussion in https://community.logos.com/forums/t/122524.aspx and particularly Andrew's comments
How do I find comments on Job in journals?
Two suggestions - on the left searching for every reference to Job in my journals, on the right looking for articles that are labeled with a Job reference (so more specifically on that passage). This requires journals to have been appropriately labelled

Or run a PG against Job and open the Journals section

How do I make a Personal Book with a text input box?
Please see article at https://wiki.logos.com/Personal_Books#Text_Input_Box
Here's a thread with an example:

How do I make a collection of my Bibles with interlinears/reverse interlinears?
Faithlife don't provide metadata (for rules) to distinguish interlinear resources, so I manually tag all my reverse interlinears (RI) with RevInt, If an NT/OT (complete) bible has only an NT interlinear it is tagged RevInt-NT. Also note that some RI's are not bibles.
Rules:
- type:bible mytag:RevInt subject:English ==> English reverse interlinears (ESV, NASB, NIV, etc)
- type:bible mytag:RevInt subject:Greek. ===> Septuagint RI's in any language
- type:bible mytag:RevInt subject:Greek lang:Greek ===> Septuagint RI's in Greek
You can tag bibles with only an inline Interlinear, but you can generally use the rule title:interlinear.
- title:interlinear subject:O.T.Greek ==> Septuagint (OT)
- title:interlinear subject:N.T.Greek ==> Greek NT
Why aren't my search results highlighted in the red boxes?

The Logos LXX will only link to reverse interlinears (RI) via the Hebrew words from its Interlinear. LES doesn't have Hebrew in its interlinear and the NIV doesn't have Hebrew words for that passage.
The result in Dan 4:19 (Logos LXX) doesn't have a Hebrew word in the interlinear, so it cannot be highlighted in any other RI!
What are the default fonts in Logos 6?
The "Default Sans Serif" font is our UI font, which (as Eli notes in the post you linked) is Source Sans Pro. You can download this font (completely free and legally) from Adobe here: https://github.com/adobe-fonts/source-sans-pro#download-the-fonts-otf-ttf-woff-woff2-eot
Once it's installed on your system, you can use Source Sans Pro as your Default Notes font.
(I would still recommend using "Default Sans Serif" for resources if you prefer that, because it has some additional font support for scripts that aren't supported by Source Sans Pro but are used in our resources.)
How do I compare a verse in different Greek New Testaments?
1. Build a Greek Bible collection with the rule type:Bible lang:Greek
2. Open the Text Comparison Tool
3. Select the collection and the verse ...

You don't need to create a collection for this (unless you want to for other purposes):
- Go to Guides and open Exegetical Guide
- Expand the Textual Variants section
- Look under Editions: at the bottom you will have an automatically generated link to the comparison tool based on what versions you own that feature the passage.
NB: The list of resources compared is the top ones as determined by your prioritization. This is where a collection can offer an advantage (you can include all Greek NT if you want to, or only those that you feel would be most interesting to compare.
Remember too that you can use the Apparatuses section (if you have any apparatus) to view differences in ancient manuscripts (as opposed to edited Greek New Testaments).

Do Logos Now preview resources automatically delete?
They get deleted from the library but I think you have to run the Delete Unlicensed Resources command to free up the space on your HD.
Delete Unlicensed Resources has no effect on the WebCache. It only operates on files in your resource folder.
How would one go about cleaning up their web cache?
Just delete the WebCache folder.
How can I search for all media in a resource?
You can search the resource for #image in a basic search or a media search. You can also use #audio and #video, so for all media you would use #image, #audio, #video.

How can I filter a specific resource out of a Search query?
Create a collection and explicitly exclude that resource from it https://wiki.logos.com/Collections#Removing_an_individual_resource_from_the_collection
You can always sort the results by resource and simply ignore the one resource.
Alternatively: Simply sort by "resource" instead of "ranked":
