Organizing Highlight Pallets

If I create a resource specific palette in highlights (assigning the palette to a specific resource note file) how can I quickly find that pallet? I can imagine a lengthy list of palettes by doing this.
Also, does deleting a palette effect the highlights created in a resource? Do the disappear? I'm guessing not but could you confirm?

You don't need to create pallets... You need to change the Behavior of each pallet so that the notes go into a resource specific note document. One pallet, many documents. Also note: resource specific note documents are automatically created.

I see your confusion. The problem you are having is that you assume a video from FL would show you how best to use Logos. That is bad judgment on your part. [:P]
Seriously, that section of the video is AWFUL. The video itself implies that there is a problem with the default behavior (too many notes in note file), so they give you a ridiculous alternative. The proliferation of pallets isn't a good solution to the proliferation of notes in a single document. IMO the reason the video shows you that method is because it makes things look easier than showing you how it should be done.
IMO- most users, most of the time would be best served with "resource specific" note documents. For some users (or many users in some instances) would best be served with thematic note documents. In that case, I would recommend using the "last used note document" behavior (what I call "sticky"). With this method, you open the note document you want to store things in and highlight away. When you want to store something in another document, you simply open that one. The note will go into the last opened (or used) document

I should add... If you think you would be largely a "resource specific" but frequent enough "sticky" user, then I would create separate pallets for "sticky". Remember that shortcuts work on only one style, from a single pallete. If your base usage is "resource specific" and you use the yellow highlighter often, give it the "Y" key... But you can't use the "Y" key in multiple pallets, which is only one of the reasons multiple palletes is unpalatable.

Thanks for following up on that video and appreciating my confusion. I now understand what you are saying in regards to using the "sticky notes" option in the context menu! I was just messing around with this and now I get it! Thanks so much for sticking with me!
