Welcome! Sorry you are having troubles. [:s]
I have tried to uninstall and reinstall Logos 6 but still getting the same issue.
For clarification: deleting and reinstalling the software engine is rarely a fix. If there is a bug, you will simply be instilling the bug again. More than likely, there is a corruption in user files or the like, which is left in place unless you hunt it down and delete it. To delete everything is overkill most of the time.
attached is the error log files
I am not a full fledged techie... I took a look at your logs and <believe> that loading to a blank layout will fix your problem. You may need to rebuild your layout from scratch. Press and hold the command key immediately upon startup. If that doesn't work, please post logs from the new crash.
Thanks for the suggestion. I started up Logos and holding the Command key. I managed to launch Logos and I removed all my Layouts. Then, I tried to open a book, and Logos crashed again. Logs attached.6763.LogosLogs.fharatua.20160609-171046.zip

Have you tried multiple books, or just the same one?
Your logs are beyond me, but there <might> be a similar case HERE. I will try to get FL's attention to both these threads.
I have tried a number of different books. Tried closing Logos, restarted the Mac. Still having the same issue. My Logos opens just fine since there's no more layout. But opening a book still crashes it.
Just wondering where else can I get help to sort this issue out? Thanks.

The forums aren't the primary means for FL to provide customer support. If you need help directly from FL, your best bet is to call. However, I have just emailed FL and asked them to respond to these two threads. It may take a while since it isn't even 5AM yet in Bellingham. I would expect a response later today.. If my contact is working today and check's his email as frequently as normal.

Funny thing is, at home I have an old mac mini, where Logos runs without trouble.
Are the Logos engine builds and versions of OS X identical on both?

OSX is 10.11.5, Logos is 6.12 on both machines
I would certainly create a new thread and post logs. Similar symptoms may not indicate "the same problem." If it is the same problem, logs might help the devs.
This should now be fixed on 6.12 SR-1
You are right. I got up this morning and there's an update to SR-1, and it fixes my issues.
Same here, all seems well now.
Logos 6 was working fine the last time I used it.
This time it automatically updated library and Logos 6.
After waiting 2 hours plus for it to complete, I went to bed. Woke up and found it had completed.
I am unable to launch Logos. It reacts to my double click, each tie and then does nothing. Never gets to the splash screen.
I hav re-started ny MacBook pro. Same thing. Mac sys 10.11.5; Safari 91.1 - all the latest update.
Others in this thread have said not to reload Logos, so I did not.
I am dead in the water. H E L P !

welcme! Sorry for your troubles. [:s]
Try opening from the application folder. If that doesn't work, download and install the engine again manually. If neither work, post logs. Instructions for both can be found in my signature line. Please create a new thread when doiNg so.
