can anyone tell me how to open a resource like a commentary in a separate window to view side by side with the main layout?
If you are opening it from your Library, right-click the resource and choose the option to open in a floating window
If you already have it open in your main layout you can "float" it by right-clicking the top of the tab and selection the float option
Does this give you what you need?
