[Feature Request] Treat references in notes like references in native citations

Whenever citations (i.e. the blue letters in the photo below) include Bible references, they are linked to that reference so that you can tap the reference and see that passage in a pop-up which then has a link to navigate to that reference.  I would like to have the same convenience with notes I've created.  I wouldn't think this would be too difficult since the Bible Scan function of the Biblia API can identify Bible references from a input string pretty reliably already.  It's just a matter of connecting already existing parts together.
